Your future tasks
- Build and maintain strategic financial models for top management, shareholders and debt investors.
- Analyse and identify data requirements, related derivation rules and model business development / major performance indicators of the group.
- Perform quick ad-hoc modelling analysis and research.
- Provide financial transparency to assist in strategic initiatives and critical decisions.
- Assist in implementation and selection of comprehensive budget, forecast solutions and develop presentations
- Support shareholder communication on strategic value accretion.
- Support financing activities and supporting international bank relationships.
- Evaluate strategic financial tools, including AI-based approaches.
- Analyse trends for decision-making and corporate planning.
- Work cross-functionally to build and track long term business development
YOU AS A PERSON
- Possess an excellent diploma in economics, ideally with a focus on corporate finance, controlling, treasury, business informatics, or a related field.
- Proven in-depth experience with business modelling is a must, ideally in private equity or infrastructure environments.
- Demonstrated experience in the finance departments of international corporations, showcasing your ability to navigate complex financial environments.
- Strong intercultural abilities, with experience covering EU and US markets, which will be crucial in managing and understanding diverse financial landscapes.
- Strong propensity for AI and data analytic tools, ideally proficient in Python or other programming languages, enabling you to leverage technology for financial analysis and strategy development.
- Fluent in both German and English, allowing effective communication across multinational teams and stakeholders.
- A strategic thinker with a collaborative approach, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
