Your future tasks
- You will be operating the ESG management function within our platforms, consult them regarding ESG topics and translate our Group strategies to our departments
- We rely on your expertise in regards of supporting the platform departments as well as implementing and executing ESG measures
- Data collection on platform level for: IIF Reporting, GRESB, CSRD, UN GC, EcoVadis and ESG Report
- Ensuring consistent ESG calculation method and acting as control function for reported ESG data, as well as collecting information from the platform departments
- Control function for ESG compliance in cooperation with platform legal department
- You are acting as contact point between platform departments and ESG Group
- Providing operational support for our platforms when it comes to steady improvements regarding the ESG processes and systematic approaches
- Analyzing ESG data and identification of opportunities for improvements, is part of your activities
- Screening local market development trends regarding ESG (industry and real estate)
- You will provide your ESG knowledge within our platforms
YOU AS A PERSON
- Master's degree specialized in Sustainability/Sustainable Corporate Management, Energy and/or Economics alternatively, the equivalent in experience
- 2+ year of experience in ESG/Sustainability management, OR at least 4 years of work experience (incl. project management)
- Knowledge and experience in ESG reporting according to GRI, CSRD and GHG accounting as well as in the implementation of ratings GRESB, EcoVadis
- Fluency in German and English
- Project management skills as well organized personality rounding up your application
- Team player/networker, high communication skills
- Intercultural experience
