Your future tasks

  • Develop, build and implement industry leading Integrated Management Information System covering ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 20000-1 Service Management, ISO 27001 Information Security, ISO 14001 Environmental Management, ISO 22301 Business Continuity, ISO 37001 Anti Bribery, ISO 55001 Asset Management standardising under a common structure.
  • Exploit overlaps between individual, management systems. Avoid repetition of work. An Internal Audit team should cover several management systems & standards in the same audit. Certification bodies could combine different standards in single external audits.
  • Get global multisite certification.
  • Cost savings related to “global multi site” ISO certificates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop training and educational materials related to certification programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to individuals and organizations seeking certification, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Manage the certification application and renewal process, including reviewing and verifying documentation and communicating with applicants.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements related to certification programs, and make recommendations for updates and changes as needed.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on certification program activities and outcomes to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote certification programs and increase awareness and participation. 
YOU AS A PERSON

  • ISO Lead Auditor, PRINCE2 PM
  • At least 10 years working experience in Integrated Management Information Systems & certification business with corresponding training.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop and maintain certification programs
  • Proficient knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Proven track record of leading and inspiring teams to achieve goals, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of excellence with excellent organizational and project management skills 
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to navigate complex challenges and capitalize on emerging opportunities and in-depth knowledge of the digital process world.
  • SAP S/4 Hana experience.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external teams.
  • Inspire and guide cross-functional teams to collaborate seamlessly, ensuring successful project execution, timely delivery, and exceptional satisfaction.
  • Excellent technical understanding and good business & financial management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, strategic action and pragmatic solution orientation.
  • Business fluent in English, further language skills advantageous.
